Seriously, cole_lee is spot on! I went down that same rabbit hole a while back after a chat with a vendor at our local market. I spent weeks reading every bread label at the grocery store, driving myself nuts. But you know what? I finally had to ask myself, is this worry actually helping my family or just making me anxious? The rules are there for a reason, and most of this stuff is just to keep food safe to eat.

Yeah the "jiggling" part is key. My version of jiggling usually ends with me calling a pro after making it way worse.
