Wait your crew said WHAT? I mean that just seems like basic common sense to me.

Yeah, been called "too nice" so many times my crew tried to get me a fanny pack full of brochures just to seem more official. Last week I spent twenty minutes explaining the concrete curing process to a six-year-old... his mom looked at me like I was from another planet, but hey, he asked. It's easier than having someone panic over the noise later and call the city.

My last foreman called it "pouring good will with the cement." It just saves a ton of trouble down the road.
