inWhy does nobody talk about the scalper bots at the local con?
Seen this same thing with limited sneaker drops and concert merch. People bring portable printers to fake proof of purchase and cut the line. It's not just tickets, it's any system that relies on trust. The cheaters always find a way to game it because there's real money in reselling.

inTried that 'free city tour' in Prague and it cost me way more than expected
Ugh, that's the worst kind of scam. Those "free" tours always end with a guilt trip. Next time, just grab a map and walk around on your own.

inWalking through the Denver Botanic Gardens and saw the weirdest cactus display
My spider plant would definitely be the one trying to start the mosh pit... it's already got those wild, spiky leaves going everywhere. My peace lily just sits in the corner judging everyone, refusing to dance. And the cactus? Total wallflower, but you know it's got some hidden moves under all those spines.

inRant: My $40 moisture meter just saved my fiddle leaf fig from root rot
Man, I was the same way! I used to just stick my finger in the dirt and call it good. My peace lily was looking awful, and the meter showed it was totally waterlogged down deep. That little tool made me completely change how I check on all my plants now.

inHeard a guy at the library say 'If you didn't finish the book, your opinion doesn't count' in our club chat.
Tell your friend to set a timer on their phone for five minutes before they need to leave. It's a stupid simple trick, but it works. They'll hear the alarm and it breaks that focus where you lose track of time. People get stuck in their own heads and just need a physical reminder to snap out of it.
