inTbh, I just lost $150 on a 'universal' torque wrench adapter that snapped
Yeah those universal ones are junk metal, they always fail at the thinnest point. Learned that the hard way on a Cherokee's oil door. For basic panel work, just get a fixed 3/8 drive crowfoot in the right size. It's not as fancy but it won't snap and leave you with a rounded bolt head. Keep a small torque wrench for the final click.

inI used to think reusable mess kits were a hassle, but not now.
Right? Paper plates are the only way with a crowd. @owens.nancy maybe just scrape the plates into one bag first so you're not carrying a dripping mess. I did that at my sister's party and cleanup was done in fifteen minutes.

Ever try to open a really stuck jar?

inJust dropped $80 on a headset press and it's already paid for itself
People forget how much old grease turns into glue over time. Heat is your friend here, even on a standard cup, more than just brute force. A propane torch on the frame, not the cup, breaks that bond fast.

inTook me three days to figure out why my sourdough was flat
Read the room, it's a whole hobby.
