Been there man, and the phone log is just the tip of the iceberg. My advice is do not go digging through old texts or pics right now, that rabbit hole will wreck you way worse than the trip count. Block the number, delete the log, and crash at a buddy's place for a few days so you are not sitting alone staring at your phone. It sucks for a couple weeks but it gets better once you stop feeding yourself the evidence.

Bro same thing happened to me at my old place, thought I was being smart saving time and nope, tiles were sliding around like ice cubes a day later. I ended up just renting a floor scraper from the hardware store and going at it with a heat gun, took forever but the subfloor survived.
