Oh man, the puppet news segment with the gorilla! That whole era of kids TV had such weird, handmade looking puppets. It reminds me of another show that had a talking tree puppet that used to honestly freak me out a little. Something about the way its bark moved for a mouth gave me weird dreams for a week. Those shows really knew how to make an impression, for better or worse!
