My wife bought a $40 robot vacuum and I thought it was a total waste of money.

I figured our old dog's hair would just jam it up in a day, but that little thing has been running for three months now. It gets under the couch every night and the floor in the morning is actually clean. Anyone with pets find a cheap gadget that actually pulled its weight?

Totally get that. Those cheap robot vacuums are shockingly good for pet hair. My friend's budget one has outlasted her fancy model.
