I was making a birthday cake for my friend and the frosting just would not set up, it kept sliding off the sides. I spent a solid hour trying to chill it, add more sugar, everything. Turns out my apartment was 85 degrees because the AC broke, and I never thought about that. Has anyone else had a baking disaster just because of the room temperature?
