inPro tip: Pulled my old model train set from storage and got two strong opinions
Actually, model trains have a charm that video games can't match. There's something real about setting up the tracks and watching the trains run. inTbh, I'm seeing too many agencies in my area focus on quick wins over long-term growth.
What if the biggest damage is to the team's ability to learn? Those quick-turnaround shops often hire eager beginners, work them to the bone on assembly-line projects, and then they quit.
