Air fryer carrots proved me wrong about veggies

I thought carrots in the air fryer would just get limp and boring. My partner tossed them in olive oil and pepper, and they came out crispy and full of flavor. What's a food you were sure would fail in the air fryer but actually worked well?

Just realized the show's ending hit the same notes as the book

Honestly, I just finished the adaptation of 'Normal People' and was nervous about the last episode. Tbh, they kept that quiet moment from the book where they just sit together. Ngl, it felt just as heavy and real as when I first went through the novel. Such a relief when they don't mess up the emotional parts.
