We started adding a 15-minute 'handoff call' after every new client audit and it cut our project start time in half.

Before, we'd just send a huge PDF report and wait for questions, which always took a week. Now, we schedule a quick video call right after we send the report to walk them through the top three things we found, and it gets them to sign off on the plan way faster. Does anyone else do something like this to speed up client onboarding?

Your "handoff call" idea is brilliant, we do something similar with a quick summary email.

But is a call really that big of a deal? An email usually does the same thing.
