inI used to think a bullet journal had to be perfect or it was useless
Wait, you actually had the right herb in your fridge? @hugobarnes, that's the part that shocks me. My fridge only has sad parsley and maybe some old cilantro. The idea of having the specific thing a recipe calls for feels like a fantasy. I guess your point stands though, because even when I did have the right stuff I was so worried about measuring it perfectly the whole process was miserable. Letting go of that need for everything to be exactly right is the real trick.

inWe started adding a 15-minute 'handoff call' after every new client audit and it cut our project start time in half.
But is a call really that big of a deal? An email usually does the same thing.

Wait, did you check if the preview was maybe a local ad spot instead of a network one? Sometimes my cable provider sticks their own clips in there. Hollym82's idea about the network socials is solid, but those ads can be totally different depending on where you live. I'd look up the exact channel and time you saw it, that might point you to the right show.
