Just realized that $300 logo design from Fiverr cost me way more in the long run
Back when I started my side gig 4 years ago, I thought I was being smart saving money on a logo. Paid some guy $300 for a design that looked decent at first. Then I tried to use it on business cards, a website, and social media, and it was a pixelated mess every time. Had to spend another $600 with a real designer to fix the whole brand identity. Wish I had just gone with someone who understood file formats and scalability from the start. Has anyone else learned this lesson the hard way with cheap branding work?
