My neighbor told me to wrap my pork butt in butcher paper, not foil, after 6 hours

He said it would give me better bark and I was skeptical, but the bark on my last cook was the best I've ever had. Has anyone else found that paper makes that big of a difference compared to foil?

Wait, did you just say it's just paper? Have you ever tried to fold foil around a burrito? It's a whole thing.
