My CRM integration finally broke me after 8 months of fighting it
I spent last Thursday trying to get HubSpot and our Slack bot to talk to each other for lead notifications. It had been glitching since January, dropping about 15% of new contacts. I finally gave up and hired a freelancer who fixed it in 2 hours for $300. Now I wish I had done that back in February instead of losing sleep. Has anyone else hit a wall with automation tools and just paid someone else to sort it out?

300 bucks for 2 hours of peace of mind sounds like a steal compared to 8 months of headaches. Sometimes paying someone else to wrestle the gremlins is the real automation win.

Wait, isn't that the whole point of automation though? @keithbennett you nailed it, paying someone to chase down those hidden bugs is totally worth it. I've spent way too many weekends wrestling with sensors and wiring, and $300 for a quick fix sounds like a bargain. Sometimes the cheapest route is just handing it off to someone who actually knows what they're doing.
