Spent 6 months using the wrong drill bits on my kitchen cabinets in Phoenix
Switched from standard bits to carbide tipped ones after a buddy finally told me I was burning through everything. Has anyone else just dealt with a tool issue way longer than they should have?

Man that's rough, six months is a long time to deal with that frustration.

Did you catch that article where a guy said it took him eight months just to get a callback from support? I read that and its like these companies bank on you just giving up after a while. Six months of calling and emailing and getting nowhere is enough to make anyone lose it. It feels like they have a whole system designed to wear you down until you stop asking. Makes you wonder how many people just quit before they get what they paid for.
