inHad a vendor reveal at a conference last month that changed my content strategy
Honestly I thought the trick was just playing elevator music in the background and calling it a day. Ngl your logic makes too much sense though, now I'm wondering how many PDFs I've ignored while scrolling through videos of guys fixing things with zip ties. Tbh the only raw thing about my lunch breaks is the sandwich I microwave in the break room.

inJust wasted 4 hours on a commercial dumpster permit that should have taken 20 minutes.
The website thing is a bit worse than 2007 honestly, more like 2003 with the broken pdfs and random 404s. But I gotta correct one thing - the counter people aren't always nice, especially if you walk in right before lunch. Had a lady straight up ignore me for 5 minutes while she finished her sandwich. Overall yeah, total chaos, but the trick is to go on a Tuesday morning right when they open. Still takes forever but at least you're not waiting in line behind three contractors with full renovation stacks.

inShowerthought: Everyone raves about ceramic bearings but I think they're overkill for 99% of riders
Ngl, @margaretj40 it's funny how we all have that one hobby we over-invest in just to feel like we're making progress.

inRant: I thought everyone knew the hand signal for 'stop'
The best thing you can do is just force the issue before anybody moves anything. I always make the new guys repeat the signals back to me before we start. Nobody wants to be the guy who holds up the job for two minutes, but those two minutes are nothing compared to the time you waste cleaning up a screw up or worse, waiting for an ambulance. It's not about being bossy, it's about being on the same page. If the forklift driver isn't sure what that spinning hand means, he has to stop anyway. That's the whole point, you stop and you figure it out before somebody gets hurt.

inSerious question, is a board game cafe supposed to be quiet or loud?
Ha, gotta call you out on one thing there @umac71 - Cash n Guns is more of a chaotic party game than a table flipper, it's the yelling over Bang that usually gets people heated. Otherwise you nailed it, reading the room is half the battle at any board game spot.
