A service call for a 10-year-old Samsung fridge in a downtown high-rise finally convinced me to start carrying a full set of security bits.
After spending 45 minutes just getting the back panel off because of those stupid star-shaped screws, I now keep a set of T10 through T40 bits in my main bag, so what's the one tool you added to your kit after a similar headache?

Seriously, a tiny pry bar like @hugo_hayes mentioned? That feels like bringing a knife to a gunfight against modern appliance clips. I'd be terrified of snapping the plastic and making the whole job worse. Guess some headaches just need a different kind of painkiller.
