Vent: I tried two AI image makers for a project and one was way better

I needed some art for a flyer for my kid's school event last week. I tried a free online AI tool first, but the pictures looked weird and the text was all messed up. Then I used a different one called Midjourney, paid the $10 monthly fee, and the images were clear and actually matched what I asked for. The big difference was how well it understood my simple descriptions. Has anyone else found one AI image tool that just works better than the rest?

Oh man, my buddy had the same thing happen! He was trying to make a poster for his band's show. The first free site gave him nightmare fuel, but DALL-E actually got it right. It's crazy how different they can be.

Guess it depends on what you're going for. Those free sites can spit out some weird, fun stuff that's perfect for a punk flyer. DALL-E makes cleaner art, but sometimes that's too safe for a band poster. Isn't the weirdness part of the charm?
