PSA: Watch out for AI voice scams at your local car shop

I stopped by Mike's Auto Repair on Route 9 yesterday to pick up a part and the owner showed me something wild. Some scammer used an AI voice clone that sounded exactly like his brother calling to ask for a $200 wire transfer for an emergency. Took him 30 seconds to realize it was fake but he almost sent the money. Anyone else run into this kind of thing at local businesses yet?

Wait, how many times has that guy's brother actually asked him to wire $200? Seems like a pretty specific scenario that wouldn't apply to most people.
