Be careful with gas oven igniters. Saw one fail dangerously.

Gas oven igniters can be dangerous when they fail. I had to replace one sparking wildly. How do you test them safely?

I never told about wood flaws until a friend's cabinet failed

I used to hide minor cracks in wood to save time. After a buddy's dresser drawer collapsed, I realized that wasn't right. Do you think we should always mention these issues?

I was wrong about upper management being all talk

Funny how management suddenly notices the small stuff when it saves them money. That ladle grip probably prevented a bunch of sore shoulders and slow work. They only care once it affects the schedule or their insurance costs. Guess we should suggest more fixes right before budget reviews.
