inMy mail ends up in a heap. Tried a wall file. Any tips?
Sort it right when you bring it in, trust me. That one habit stops the pile from ever starting.

inMy weekly veggie scraps now go into air fryer crisps instead of the bin
I used to just toss kale stems and carrot tops without a second thought. Saw this idea online and tried it with some old beet greens last week. Sprinkled them with salt and air fried until crispy, totally changed my view. Now I'm looking at potato peels and broccoli stalks completely differently. Feels good to actually use the whole thing for once.

inJust brought an old rangefinder back to life with a trick from the shop floor
My grandpa taught me how to tune his old Ford truck by listening to the engine. He'd adjust the carburetor until the idle sounded just right, a smooth rumble. He learned that from working on farms in the 60s, no fancy tools needed. I tried it once on my modern car, but the computer just threw error codes. There's something special about mechanical things you can fix with your hands. Your rangefinder story reminds me of that.

inChips on a sandwich seemed crazy to me until I tried it.
Isn't it funny how we push back on stuff that seems odd at first? I mean I remember thinking cold brew coffee was just bad iced coffee until I actually tried it. Same with putting hot sauce on fruit, sounded nasty but now I love it. We get stuck in our ways about little things like chips on a sandwich, but trying it is free and you might find a new favorite. Life's too short not to add a little crunch sometimes.
