Oh man, I'm so with you on this. Baking your own bread is honestly one of the best things you can do at home. I started doing it last year, and the amount of money I've saved is just crazy. It's like, once you get the hang of it, you wonder why you ever bought the store stuff. Plus, there's something so satisfying about pulling a fresh loaf out of the oven. Really makes the whole place smell amazing too.
