inCan we talk about hot shoeing versus cold shoeing for wet climates?
That "causes less hoof damage" line really flipped a switch for me too. I switched to a different brand of boots for my horse last year and noticed way less chipping and cracking after a few months. Night and day difference with how his hooves look now compared to before.

inWalked into a server room at a local library yesterday and saw a mess
So you're really gonna touch a setup that's been running hot for years? That thing is probably holding itself together with dust and good intentions. Moving anything could be what finally breaks it and makes the whole thing crash during story hour.

inMy sister told me I was "throwing away 200 bucks a month" on takeout coffee so I changed one thing
Derek, you're really out here acting like $30 is a major investment? That's like three trips to the coffee shop.

inCaught myself scrubbing a commercial kitchen floor with degreaser that was way too harsh for the tile
Three years ago I switched from bleach to a simple vinegar and water mix for my bathroom grout after noticing yellow stains coming back faster than before. It made me realize how many cleaning products are basically overkill for what we actually need to clean. Have you noticed other areas where stronger isn't always better?

inFound out I was watching bad movies wrong for years
Get Dave and six more friends over, queue up "Birdemic: Shock and Terror" and see what happens when the seagulls start dive-bombing with zero physics. @michaeljones is right about the shared laughter being the secret sauce, but I found out the opposite is true too. Watching "The Room" alone a second time after the group watch still made me chuckle because I had those memories of everyone losing it at the spoon picture.
