Been there with a double batch of bread dough, and yeah, the towel trick is a lifesaver. Splitting the batch is smarter, but somehow I always convince myself it'll be fine until the mixer is doing a little dance across the counter.

Being a broker means they just find a carrier for you, so that Reno dispatcher was doing the same job the cheap guy was supposed to do. You didn't get lucky, you just finally got someone who actually did their job.
