Bell peppers were super cheap at the market, so I whipped up an air cooker meal
I was at the farmer's market last weekend and saw bell peppers on sale for really cheap. I grabbed a bunch and thought about what to make with them. I remembered a stuffed pepper recipe but it needed an oven, so I tried my air cooker instead. I chopped some onion and garlic, mixed them with cooked rice and ground turkey, and added basic spices. After stuffing the peppers, I put them in the air cooker at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. They came out so tender and the tops were perfectly browned. Maybe it's just me but I think the air cooker does this better than my old oven. Now I'm excited to try more local produce in it.
