Can we talk about getting skincare advice requests from strangers in public?

I was at the grocery store yesterday, and a cashier noticed my esthetician badge on my bag. She started asking me about her rosacea right there in the checkout line, wanting a full consultation. I was caught off guard and tried to be nice, but it's hard to give good advice without seeing her skin up close or knowing her routine. I suggested she book a proper visit, but she seemed to think I could just tell her what products to buy on the spot. It put me in a weird spot between wanting to help and keeping things professional. Stuff like this happens more often than I'd like. Do you guys get stopped by people who want free advice on the fly? What's your go-to way to handle it without sounding rude?

Vent: Used to avoid razors, now they're my go-to for texture

I only used shears for cuts for years. Believed razors made hair frizzy and weak. Then I saw a video online. A stylist used a razor on straight, fine hair. The lift and movement were insane. I tested it on a practice mannequin. The results blew my mind. Now I reach for my razor all the time. My styles have way more life. Complete one-eighty for me.

Back from Italy and their restaurant calorie counts are actually honest

Ate out every day in Rome and each menu had real calorie info. Our places often hide it or guess wrong. Shouldn't all tourist spots have to list facts right?

Unpopular opinion: Hanging planet models in my living room has me leaning against the Mars push

I just finished a weekend project putting up model planets and stars on my ceiling, and it was more tricky than I thought. This whole thing showed me that with all the Mars talk, we might be forgetting how useful the moon could be as a first step, kind of like testing paint on a small spot before the whole wall. Do you feel the moon gets enough love in our space plans?
