inShowerthought: We used a new fast-cure epoxy on a warehouse floor joint and it failed in 48 hours.
Honestly, it might be the humidity, not the heat. Those spec sheets always talk about air temp, but if there was any moisture in the slab or the air, it can mess with the chemical cure. I've seen a "fast" sealant stay tacky for days because the concrete was sweating and nobody caught it. The product could be fine in a bone-dry lab but a total fail on a real job site.

inCurly clients always ask for straight styles, but I stand by natural beauty.
Ugh, I don't know... sometimes I just want different hair. It's not always some deep pressure thing. Changing your look can be fun, like wearing a different outfit. My curls are a lot of work too, so calling straight hair "hard to achieve" feels off. People should just do what they want with their own hair.

inI had to decide between a ladder and a tree branch to get my drone back
My quick fixes usually end up costing me more time in the long run.

inMy sister told me to always buy the extra warranty on a used car, and it just saved me $1,200 on a transmission sensor.
Is it worth it though? I bought one once and it was a total pain to use. They made me use their specific shop and the part was on backorder for weeks. My car was just sitting there. I feel like they bank on you not needing it, or making it so hard to claim that you give up. Sometimes that money is better off just staying in your pocket.

inOur book club picked 'The Road' and I was sure it would be a boring slog
Our club hated Lolita until we talked about the unreliable narrator.
