Juggling too many tasks gives me a buzz, but I'm warning you now.
That buzz masks how much it slows you down.

Yeah, that buzz is a real thing, and it's so easy to get hooked on it. Feels like you're on top of the world when you're juggling, but then you look back and realize nothing's fully done. I mean, our brains aren't built for that constant switching, so it makes sense it slows us down. There's this false sense of progress that comes from being busy, not from actually completing stuff. Honestly, your warning is needed because it's a sneaky trap. We all need reminders to step back and focus, even when the buzz feels good.

Ever notice how this applies to stuff like cleaning or home projects too? You'll have five half done things like laundry folded but not put away, a vacuum left in the hallway, and the sink cleared but the counters still messy. It looks and feels like you've been working hard all day, but nothing is actually finished and tidy. That same buzz makes you feel productive while you're hopping around, but you're left with a house that's still a mess. It's all just motion, not real progress.

That same buzz got my friend last week... she texted me a photo of her living room with three cleaning projects half done and said "I've been at it for hours!" It was all motion like you said, no actual finished spaces. She had to laugh at herself once she saw it.
