Pulled out my old design inspiration scrapbook. The glue and magazine clippings have a charm that online boards just don't have.

Honestly, the charm of glue and magazine clippings is something else. I dug out my own inspiration books from years ago and it hit me how special they are. You can't get that from Pinterest no matter how many boards you make. The way everything is laid out by hand just has more heart to it.

Wow, I totally used to think digital boards were just better in every way, more neat and organized. But you're so right about the heart part. Pinning stuff online feels like just grabbing things, but cutting and gluing makes you really sit with each piece. There's a connection that happens when your hands are doing the work that a click can't match. What's the best thing you've found in your old books lately?

Found a bunch of old concert flyers I cut from newspapers. Holding that rough paper takes me right back to those nights in a way scrolling never does. Makes me miss making stuff with my hands.
