I used to think putting a fried egg on pizza was a weird Portland thing.
A friend made me try it at a place on Division Street about five years ago. The yolk mixed with the hot cheese and sauce in a way I didn't expect. Now I judge any breakfast pizza by whether it has a properly runny egg on top. Anyone have a spot that does this right, or is it still a fringe move?
