Honestly used to think Arby's was just okay, but a stretch of empty highway will change your mind. You're right, @the_wyatt, they just hit different when you're miles from anywhere. That salty, peppery crunch is the perfect thing to break up the monotony. It went from a forgettable side to my go-to road trip snack. Something about eating them while watching fields go by just makes sense.
