I used to think air fryers were a scam... now I own two of them

I always rolled my eyes at air fryer hype, but my sister bought one last year and made these chicken wings that came out crispy in 12 minutes flat. I finally caved and got a $40 model from Walmart back in February, and now I use it almost every day for fries and veggies. Has anyone else had that moment where a kitchen gadget they doubted totally won them over?

Yeah that $40 Walmart gamble turned me into a two air fryer person too.

Wait, hold on @elliotjenkins - do you actually use both at the same time, or is it just a backup because one's full of crumbs? I gotta say, I see it differently. In my experience, having two just means I spend more time cleaning two baskets and trying to figure out which one's latched properly. I've never seen the point in doubling up unless you're feeding a big family every night. Your mileage may vary, but I'd rather just cook one batch and wait a few minutes for round two.
