I tried that viral 'folded' egg trick for my breakfast sandwich
It looked perfect on TikTok, but mine came out like a weird, rubbery omelet pancake that wouldn't fit on the English muffin. Anyone have a foolproof method that doesn't require chef-level skills?
My roommate showed me to whisk a tiny splash of milk in a bowl before the pan. I tried it with just two eggs last weekend and they were way fluffier than my usual dry mess. Tbh I was shocked it made that much of a difference. I still use a fork like Linda but doing it in a separate bowl first seems to be the key for me.
