Was convinced cold emails were dead until I tried a 3-sentence format
I spent months thinking nobody reads cold emails anymore (especially after falling for that noisy sales automation tool last winter). Then a guy named Tom from a logistics meetup in Pittsburgh showed me his system: 3 sentences max, no subject line tricks, just a direct ask referencing something specific the person posted on LinkedIn. I tried it on 12 prospects and got 4 replies in one week. Has anyone else had luck stripping email down to the bare minimum like that?

People overcomplicate everything until simple works.

Simple is great until someone decides they need a 12 step plan to make toast. Why do people always act like adding more steps makes something better? Bet the person who invented the complicated way works in management.
