My smart doorbell just showed my neighbor's feed for 15 minutes

Happened yesterday afternoon. I opened the app to check a package delivery. Instead of my porch, I'm looking at a guy I've never seen walking a dog. I recognized the building across the street. It was my neighbor's camera feed, clear as day. I closed the app, reopened it, same thing. Finally rebooted my phone and it fixed itself. That's a huge glitch. My private video stream just swapped with someone else's. Makes you wonder what they saw on their end. Has anyone else had a smart home device completely mix up data like that?

That line about wondering what they saw on their end got me. It reminds me of when my old baby monitor would sometimes pick up a signal from another house. I'd hear a totally different kid crying or people talking. It was creepy but also just cheap tech. Your story is way worse because it's video and it's supposed to be secure. Makes me not trust any of these cloud connected gadgets.
