Can we talk about how hard it is to find a reliable office cleaning crew in Detroit?

I run a small dental practice near Midtown, and last Tuesday my regular cleaner just stopped showing up without warning. Floors were sticky, trash overflowed for three days, and patients noticed. I called five companies from Google listings and only two even answered. One quoted me $600 a month for 3 days a week but wanted a 12 month contract upfront. Has anyone found a crew in Detroit that actually shows up consistently without the big fees?

Nah @gonzalez.grant, paying more means you get what you pay for in Detroit.

@kelly.dylan "three days with sticky floors isn't the end of the world" - tell that to my patients next time they're staring at a crusty spill while waiting for their cleaning. I feel you on the Detroit struggle though. I'd skip the Google listings and ask around at local business meetups or your neighborhood Facebook group - that's how I found a small crew that does my office for $150 a week no contract, just a handshake and a text when they're coming. The $600 quote with a year contract sounds like a trap honestly, try finding someone who works for a couple of offices nearby so they're already in your area and less likely to flake.
