That Tuesday where everything went right at the grocery store
Last week I had one of those rare perfect shopping trips. I got to the checkout at exactly 9am when they opened the deli and grabbed the last Rotisserie chicken. My total came to $47.32 and I had a $5 off coupon that actually scanned. Every single item I needed was in stock including the weird organic salsa my husband likes. Even the self checkout machine didn't glitch out for once. Has anyone else had a random day where the universe just cooperated with your errands?

Oh man, that's the dream right there. I'm pretty sure the universe owes me about a dozen of those trips to make up for the time my cart wheel locked up and I had to drag the thing sideways through the produce section. Last time I got a rotisserie chicken, my coupon expired and the self checkout yelled at me for breathing wrong.

Oh wait, actually that self-checkout thing is pretty spot on though! I swear those machines have a personal vendetta against anyone trying to use a coupon that's even one day old. But hey, at least your cart wheel story is a classic - I once had a wheel that made this awful squeaking noise the entire time I shopped, and everyone just stared at me like I was causing a disturbance. The universe definitely owes you big time for that produce section drag, that sounds exhausting. You should start a list of these moments and cash them in for something good, like a free rotisserie chicken that actually honors the coupon price!
