I finally fell for a cheap subscription trap and lost $120
Signed up for a "discounted" meal prep service that promised savings, but after 3 weeks I realized the portions were tiny and the flavors were awful. Ended up canceling after paying $40 a week for food I mostly threw away. Has anyone else gotten burned by those intro deals that lock you in?

Oh man, that stinks. I did something similar with a coffee subscription once. They got me with a "first bag free" deal and then it was like $30 a month for beans that tasted like burned tires. I kept forgetting to cancel for like two months because life gets busy and by the time I realized, bam, $60 down the drain for coffee I ended up regifting to my neighbor.

Burned tires" is a good way to put it... I think you mean "regifted" though, unless you actually gave the coffee away twice in a row. Those auto-ship deals are tricky like that, @hugo_craig, they count on us being too distracted to cancel.
