Got a chemical burn from a new toner at the Roseville Beauty Show - be careful out there

I was at the Roseville Beauty Show last Saturday and tried out this new toner from a booth called LusterGlow, and after 3 minutes my scalp started burning like crazy. The guy running the booth said it was normal but I had welts for two days after. Has anyone else had a bad reaction to a booth sample at one of these events?

uliam82 is right, those salespeople will tell you anything. It's not just beauty shows either, I've noticed this pattern everywhere - like how stores say their return policy is "flexible" but then fight you on a refund. Three minutes of burning is your body screaming at you to stop, not a normal tingle. Let your scalp heal up and definitely report LusterGlow to the organizers so they don't do that to someone else.

Salespeople always say it's normal when it's clearly not. Three minutes of burning is way past a typical tingle, that's a red flag. Let your scalp heal and report them to the show organizers.
