Overheard a guy at a coffee shop say JFK files prove it was a lone gunman, but I'm not buying it
Last Tuesday I was at a Starbucks in downtown Portland and this guy next to me was telling his friend that the 2023 JFK document release basically confirms Oswald acted alone. He was real confident about it, said the CIA files just show standard internal stuff. But I've been reading through some of those docs myself, and there's a lot of missing pages and redacted names that make me wonder. Has anyone else actually dug into those files and found something that changed their mind one way or the other?

Did you actually read through the full PDF of the Warren Commission volumes or just the summary stuff? I spent a weekend going through the 2023 release and came across one memo about a guy in Dallas who claimed he saw two shooters, but the file just ends mid-sentence with no explanation. Makes you wonder what got cut out.

Started digging into the missing pages myself, found a lot of weird gaps too.
