Swapped my manual trowel for a power trowel on big slabs and it changed everything

For 8 years I did all my finishing by hand, even on commercial jobs. Six months ago I finally bought a used Whiteman power trowel for $1,200 after a 10,000 square foot warehouse floor almost wrecked my knees. Now I only hand finish edges and tight spots, the machine does the rest in half the time. The finish is way more consistent too, no more uneven burnishing from my tired arms on the last pass. Anyone else hold out on power equipment longer than they should have?

Honestly, why did I wait so long to buy a power trowel when my knees could have been spared?

Ngl, your knees must be thrilled you finally got one. Power trowels are a game changer for sure.
