Question about those temporary site toilets
Our crew was finishing a strip mall in Austin and the boss sprung for a 'deluxe' portable restroom unit. We're talking a flush toilet, a tiny sink, even a mirror. Cost him about $300 for the month. First day, someone clogged it with a whole roll of paper and it backed up all over the floor. The smell in that Texas heat was something else. Anyone have a go-to company for these that actually holds up?

Maybe the fancy unit was just too complicated for the crew, victor_clark60.

Feel your pain, that heat must have been brutal.

Michaeljones has a point about complicated units. Some of these high-end systems have so many sensors and circuit boards that a basic install crew just can't handle them. They might get the physical unit in, but the programming and fine-tuning gets messed up. That's when you get wild temperature swings or a system that just quits on the hottest day. It's not always the equipment, it's the setup.
