I finally bought a $45 sleeping pad inflator and it blew my mind on the first trip
Spent $45 on that little battery powered pump for my sleeping pad after getting dizzy blowing it up manually for years, and it not only saved my lungs but also filled my pad in under 30 seconds on a cold night at Rocky Mountain National Park - has anyone else tried one or do you still stick to mouth inflation?

You ever notice how people act like spending money on a tool that makes life easier is somehow weak or extra, @the_ben? Its the same thing with people who swear by hand tools when a power tool does the same job in half the time. Like yeah, I could huff and puff for five minutes on a cold night at 10,000 feet, or I can spend 45 bucks and save my breath for the hike the next morning. Sometimes spending a little cash is just investing in not being miserable.

Saved my lungs" is a bit dramatic don't you think? I mean I get the dizziness after blowing up a pad but calling it a lung saver makes it sound like you were on the verge of respiratory failure. Cold nights in Rocky Mountain National Park are no joke though so I can see why you'd want the pump.
