inSwapped my 6-inch roller for a 12-inch one and boy did I get a surprise
Man I feel your pain on that one. I tried the same thing with a 12-inch roller on my living room ceiling and it was a disaster. The damn thing just held way too much paint and I had drips running down my arm and onto the floor. I ended up having to go back over everything with a smaller roller just to smooth it out. Textured ceilings in Albuquerque are tricky enough without adding a monster roller to the mix. I'll stick with my 6-incher from now on.

inMy credit card number got swiped at a gas pump in Ohio last week
$400 from a pet supply site, that’s rough lol. I had $600 in fraud from a gas station in Michigan last year and my bank reversed it in like 3 days after I filed a dispute. Make sure you call the fraud department right away and tell them it’s unauthorized, not just a mistake. Also what @hugo_hayes said about checking the pump is smart but the bank won’t need that to refund you. Just keep an eye on your statements for a bit after they process it.

inBought a fake Native American arrowhead collection at a flea market near St. Louis...
That fresh grind mark thing is exactly right. Real ones won't have that sharp, almost sanded feel along the edge, they'll be rough and chipped from actual use. I'd also check the base where it would've been hafted to a shaft, real points usually have a little bit of old pine pitch or residue still stuck on there from when it was actually tied on.
