Just spotted a huge mistake in my weekly spread from 3 months ago

Was flipping back through my journal from last summer and noticed I'd been logging the same recurring task on the wrong day for 12 weeks straight. It threw off my whole habit tracker for exercise and water intake. Has anyone else caught a hidden error like that way after the fact?

And now you gotta look back at those 12 weeks and wonder what else you were wrong about. Did you actually drink enough water that whole time or was that just a lie you told your own notebook? I found out I'd been marking my morning pages as "meditation" for like two months and realized I was basically just journaling and calling it mindfulness. At least you can laugh about it now but damn that habit tracker is gonna have trust issues forever.

Ngl I once had my sleep tracker say I was getting 9 hours a night for like two months straight before I realized I was accidentally logging naps as full sleep sessions. That whole timeline was basically just me being wrong and proud of it.
