Spent $200 on a freelance brand audit from an agency and it was mostly fluff

Hired a small agency to do a brand audit for my side business. They gave me a 20 page PDF with basically just advice to post more on Instagram and make my logo bigger. No real data or strategy. Saved me from ever wasting money on that kind of thing again. Anyone else get burned by a brand audit that was just common sense?

Ngl that exact same thing happened to me with a $150 audit that told me to use better fonts.

Man that's rough. A hundred and fifty bucks just to hear "pick better fonts" feels like a scam almost.
