Rant: The 'boiler' at the new brewery in Cincinnati was something else

Checked out that new craft place on Vine Street last weekend. They've got this shiny copper-clad thing they call the 'heart of the operation' right behind the bar. Got closer and it's clearly just a fancy facade over a standard hot water heater, with some fake pressure gauges glued on. The bartender was giving a whole spiel about the 'traditional boiling process' to a group. Made me chuckle. Ever seen a 'decorative' piece of our trade that was just completely wrong?

Used to think that stuff was harmless, but seeing how it misleads people changed my mind.
