I dropped $70 on a wooden insert for Gloomhaven and it totally changed my game nights
Honestly, I thought organizers were a waste until I got one for my birthday in March. Now setup takes 10 minutes instead of 40, so my group in Portland actually plays twice as often. Anyone else find a specific upgrade that got their group to the table more?

Setup going from 40 to 10 minutes is a big jump, but the organizer is only part of it. The real time sink in Gloomhaven is the monster admin, setting up the map tiles and doors and tracking all the HP and conditions. A good insert helps with storage, but it won't cut your setup by 30 minutes on its own. If your group is playing twice as often now, that's great, but I'd bet the insert just made you actually want to pull it off the shelf.
