Warning: Parts catalog website glitch losing orders

Just had two orders vanish from the system after payment went through. Their customer service says it's a known bug but no fix date. Anyone found a workaround for this?

Yeah, I used to just trust the system until this happened to me.

Did you get any email confirmations for those orders before they disappeared? Calling this a glitch might make it sound less serious than it is, because losing paid orders is a huge red flag for any website. You should save all your receipts and screenshots right now. If their customer service has no fix date, you need to push harder or talk to your bank about a chargeback. Letting them delay without a plan is not okay at all. Always keep your own records when a site acts up like this.

Totally agree with @karenmurray about saving everything. Saved all my confirmations and a chargeback worked when my orders vanished last month.
